Lustriva® is a complex that combines Bonded Arginine Silicate with Magnesium Biotinate, a new and superior form of biotin and silicon, to help grow thicker, fuller hair and reduce facial fine lines and wrinkles in women. Great questions! Firstly, we do not recommend taking these two products together, as they are both broad spectrum multivitamins and contain multiple nutrients in duplicate — taking both in the same day would likely be in excess of your individual nutrient needs. 

While both are multivitamins with 160 mg Lustriva per serving, there are a few differences between the Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth and Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies. Namely, the liquid formula contains thiamin and choline which are not in the gummies, and the gummies contain iodine and selenium which are not in the liquid. Additionally, some amounts of the nutrients vary from product to product.
